Sourdough Bread and Cultured Fermented Foods workshop almost booked out! Come along to Kilshanny House on Saturday 21st February for a full day workshop with Nutritional Therapist Colette McMahon of True Food Academy. Using a selection of organic unbleached flours - wheat, rye, spelt & malthouse - and applying some simple techniques, you will go home having learnt how to make your own bread. In the afternoon you will learn how to make your own probiotics as the focus will switch over to sauerkraut, pickles and kefir.
